Your home is likely the largest investment you will ever make. The building around it deserves to be managed with the same care, and with real ambition for what it can become. That is what Clearview was built to do.
Every owner who pays a levy is an investor. You deserve a manager who protects that investment, and who looks after the building you share with your neighbours as well as you would yourself.
My promise is simple. I am personally responsible for the health of your building. Honesty is where every conversation starts, and the goal is always to protect your home and your wealth as if they were my own.
What Clearview is here to do
Clearview manages your scheme as the valuable asset it is. Our job is to strengthen its structure, improve its facilities, keep it looking its best and grow what it is worth. Behind every lot is a person or a family, and how well they live there matters to us. When something goes wrong, we work it through with you until it is properly resolved.
Household budgets are stretched, so every dollar the scheme spends must add value. Money spent without need is money taken from the owners. The first question we ask about any expense is what it returns to the building.
That is why I recommend an engineer’s report at the start. It allows the budget, the maintenance and the improvements to be planned years ahead. Money set aside early means no extraordinary meeting later, and no special levy that falls on everyone at once.
It is also why we look beyond the building itself, to the owners and the investment each of them has made.
The rules I work by
- You deal with me. When you call, you reach the person responsible for your building, and you get a straight answer.
- You hear the truth. If there is a building defect or a budget shortfall, you hear it from me first, with the facts and a plan.
- Your money is treated as my own. The building’s budget gets the same scrutiny I give my own. I look for waste to cut, so every cent adds value.
- Evidence comes before decisions. Engineering replaces guesswork. We understand the building’s condition before we spend money on it.
- Every decision has a reason. I explain the why behind each recommendation, so your committee decides with confidence.
- We think long term. There are no quick fixes that hide problems. Every scheme has a ten-year maintenance plan and sinking fund forecast, renewed every year, so the plan always looks a full decade ahead.
How I keep my word
I visit your building once, at the start. I walk the common property, photograph its condition and build your first budget from what I see. If your committee wants an engineer's inspection as well, I can arrange it at the body corporate's cost. After that, every meeting is online, including the annual general meeting. This cuts unnecessary spending, because there are no travel costs for the body corporate to pay. It also means every owner and committee member can take part, even those with limited time. Every decision is recorded in the portal. You have one steady contact who knows your building and remembers what you agreed, and the plan we make together is carried through to the end.
I accept no commissions and no kickbacks, and no contractor pays for my business. My advice is based only on the best result for your building at the lowest cost.
“I am personally responsible for the health of your building. Honesty is the baseline, and the goal is always to protect your home and your wealth as if it were my own.”
